APPLE DENUNCIA A ANDROID 4.1 JELLY BEAN - Apple just added a new complaint against Samsung. The firm says that Apple Galaxy Note 10.1 infringes its patents and it is now trying to add to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to an existing lawsuit against the Korean company.






The legal battle between Apple and Samsung relating to the violation of patents and copying designs is far from reaching an end. Last week the UK court ordered Apple to rewrite the public note in which he apologized and said that Samsung and its Galaxy Tab had copied their designs since the first one was not clear enough.

However, the signing of the apple does not give up and is already preparing a new complaint against Google and Samsung.

Bloomberg reports that Apple has added two new products to its list of allegedly infringing patent devices either design or software:

Apple Inc. (AAPL) told a judge that the Galaxy Note 10.1 of Samsung Electronics Co. (005930) violates its patents, and tried to add the operating system Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to an existing lawsuit against Samsung in California.

Apple already made submissions to Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal in federal court in San Jose. With this, Apple is looking to expand their demands in response to Samsung's strategy to add patent infringement against the iPhone 5 in the same case.

Recall that in late August, Apple won the first case against Samsung in the United States, obtaining a favorable verdict that ordered the Korean firm pay no more and no less than 1,050 million dollars. The new lawsuit between Apple and Samsung will begin in 2014, and all indications are that we will see many more complaints to date. However, until now the allegations are not few: in the same trial, Apple has reported that the Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S3 also infringe its patents.

As if that were not enough, now the company wants to add apple to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean the trial against Samsung. Now, if the complaint is against the operating system, why Apple does not claim directly to Google?
