Google releases Android 4.2 Nexus 4

Google releases Android 4.2 Nexus 4 - Is Google Nexus 4 the first smartphone that does not have more of everything? Apparently so, and nobody cares

Google has officially unveiled its Nexus 4, the fourth generation of its smartphone which this time was manufactured by LG (in earlier were HTC and Samsung). The leaks have already revealed many of the features of the new Google Mobile also star officially opens the new version of Android, the 4.2 and some more little surprise. The interesting thing about LG Google Nexus 4 is both what is ... what has not. Let's see why.

hardware balance

The orientation of the Nexus 4 is to offer a powerful terminal edge at a more affordable price than the usual super smartphones. This limits some features from the model on which it is based, the LG Optimus G. For example storage remains in 8 or 16 GB (no 32GB option) or 8 MPx camera (up from 13 Mpx). Another good example is that there is no LTE version and that would probably be underused in most cases. Thanks to all these settings Google and LG have created a high-end mobile, but do not bet on having the latest or most of all. Rather choose to offer a balance of really useful features today.

However this does not mean that they have lowered the quality of other elements. For example has a great screen True HD 4.7 "IPS 1280 × 768 pixel resolution with Touch Zerogap or processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad core at 1.5 GHz with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 320 graphics.

wireless charging

Surprisingly has a technology that seems to be gaining strength over the next smartphones: wireless charging. The system called Orb Wireless Charging the battery recharges of 2,110 mAh Nexus 4 without a single cable and, of course, if we talk about wireless can not ignore that features NFC, a technology in search of real use to the general public.

Surround photography

The sympathetic note puts Photo Spheres, a feature that allows the camera to take panoramic photos 360 degree surround PhotoSynth style and also features Instant Uploader to upload photos to the cloud without having to touch a button ... (care with this, folks)

Launch price

The Nexus 4, which also has a large building apparently, will be out on 13 November for 299 euros for the 8GB model or the 16GB 349 euros. Here are its features:

•  Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro with 1.5 GHz Quad-Core
•  Platform: Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
•  Network System: Pentaband 3G (WCDMA), HSPA + (42Mbps)
•  Display: 4.7 inch True HD IPS Plus WXGA (1280 × 768 pixels)
•  Memory: 8GB / 16GB
•  RAM: 2GB
•  Camera: 8 Megapixel with LED flash on the main camera / 1.3 MPx in front
•  Battery: 2100 mAh Li-Polymer (integrated) / Talk time: 15.3 hours / Standby: 390 hours
•  Size: 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm
•  Weight: 139g
•  Wireless charging, NFC

After the mobile Nexus Nexus tablet have arrived and the latest proposal is the Nexus 10, the greatest team of the Mountain View that integrates a 10 "display and is positioned as the large version of the Nexus 7 and closes the loop device Android. The movement is not without risk and that ... is made at a time when it seems that the most important struggle is in the tablets of 7 ". Whatever the Nexus 10 is manufactured by Samsung-powerful weapons to face the iPad and other Android tablets.

higher resolution screen in the world

Most notable is the integration of a screen whose resolution is 2560 × 1600 pixels, the highest in the world in these devices. But it seems not only provides more detail, also offers great picture quality thanks to its technology PLS (Plane to Line Switching), a technology similar to IPS but developed by Samsung, which reaches 300 ppi density.

electronics

The Nexus 10 uses a Samsung Exynos 5250 processor dual-core 1.7GHz and integrates 2 GB of RAM. It has a microUSB port and a video output miniHDMI and is available in two versions, 16 or 32GB of storage, plus the cloud (no microSD to enlarge). construction

The design of the Nexus 10 is radically different from what we see in the market. Its shape is similar to that of the late HP TouchPad with sharply rounded corners and a plastic housing. But in this case the support provides a better grip thanks to its surface structure. Your weight is within the limits, 603 grams and dimensions of 263.9 × 177.6 × 8.9 mm. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass covering classical and second generation. The 9000 mAh battery promises up to 9 hours of continuous video.

APPLE DENUNCIA A ANDROID 4.1 JELLY BEAN

APPLE DENUNCIA A ANDROID 4.1 JELLY BEAN - Apple just added a new complaint against Samsung. The firm says that Apple Galaxy Note 10.1 infringes its patents and it is now trying to add to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to an existing lawsuit against the Korean company.

The legal battle between Apple and Samsung relating to the violation of patents and copying designs is far from reaching an end. Last week the UK court ordered Apple to rewrite the public note in which he apologized and said that Samsung and its Galaxy Tab had copied their designs since the first one was not clear enough.

However, the signing of the apple does not give up and is already preparing a new complaint against Google and Samsung.

Bloomberg reports that Apple has added two new products to its list of allegedly infringing patent devices either design or software:

Apple Inc. (AAPL) told a judge that the Galaxy Note 10.1 of Samsung Electronics Co. (005930) violates its patents, and tried to add the operating system Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to an existing lawsuit against Samsung in California.

Apple already made submissions to Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal in federal court in San Jose. With this, Apple is looking to expand their demands in response to Samsung's strategy to add patent infringement against the iPhone 5 in the same case.

Recall that in late August, Apple won the first case against Samsung in the United States, obtaining a favorable verdict that ordered the Korean firm pay no more and no less than 1,050 million dollars. The new lawsuit between Apple and Samsung will begin in 2014, and all indications are that we will see many more complaints to date. However, until now the allegations are not few: in the same trial, Apple has reported that the Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S3 also infringe its patents.

As if that were not enough, now the company wants to add apple to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean the trial against Samsung. Now, if the complaint is against the operating system, why Apple does not claim directly to Google?

Will have to see what happens with this attempt at the Cupertino company by adding the Google operating system at trial. If he manages to do so, it will arm big mess! Can you imagine a fight between Google and Samsung vs Apple?
